1. Who we are

Dogmetry (dogmetry.com) is operated by Universal Measures Aktiebolag (org. nr 559559-9027), a limited company registered in Sweden. "Universal Measures AB" is the short form of the same legal name. You can reach us at hello@dogmetry.com.

2. What Dogmetry is — and isn't

Dogmetry gives you a science-based description of your dog's personality, built from your answers to a structured questionnaire. It describes personality — a dog's typical tendencies — not behaviour problems, and it is never a diagnosis. Dogmetry is not veterinary or behavioural advice. If you are worried about your dog's health or behaviour, talk to a veterinarian or a qualified behaviourist.

3. Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Give us accurate information, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your login.

4. Free and paid

The Snapshot assessment and your dog's basic profile are free. We sell one paid product: your dog's full Profile, for a one-time price of €9.90 per dog (VAT included where applicable). No subscription, no recurring charges. Our payments are handled by our merchant of record, Paddle, which acts as the seller of record for the transaction and processes your payment. The price you see on the site is the price you pay.

5. Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for how it works.

6. Your content

Photos and text you upload remain yours. You give us the licence we need to store and display them so the service works as intended — nothing more. Upload only material you have the right to share, and for photos others can see, make sure no person is recognisable in them. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

7. Our content

The questionnaire items, scoring methods, result texts, and design of Dogmetry are © Universal Measures Aktiebolag. The questionnaire items may not be reproduced, republished, or used to build other assessments. Your results are for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Your data

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Your dog's data is used for research only if you have said yes to that — it's a separate, optional choice, and always anonymised.

9. AI-generated text

Some of the descriptive texts in Dogmetry are generated with the help of AI, based on your dog's scores and the facts you entered about your dog. We do not send your identity, your free-text answers, or your photos to any AI model.

10. Fair use

Don't scrape the service, probe it for weaknesses, resell access, or use it to harass anyone. Be the person your dog thinks you are.

11. Ending things

You can delete your account at any time in Settings — this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue a paid feature in a way that materially affects a purchase you made, we will offer a fair remedy.

12. Liability

We build and run Dogmetry with care, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts. If you are a consumer, you can also turn to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

14. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change applies — by email or a notice when you sign in.
