Refund Policy

The short version
If you buy your dog's Profile (€9.90) and you're not happy with it, tell us within 14 calendar days of purchase and you get your money back. All of it, no questions, no forms.
How long you have
Your refund window is 14 calendar days, starting on the day of purchase. If you bought your dog's Profile on the 3rd, you can ask for a refund up to and including the 17th.
How to get a refund
Email hello@dogmetry.com from the email address on your account, tell us which dog's Profile it concerns, and say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process. The refund goes back to your original payment method, handled by our payment provider Paddle, normally within 5–10 business days.
The legal part
Under EU consumer law you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content, which normally ends when delivery begins with your consent. At checkout you agree that your Profile is delivered immediately. Our 14-day money-back guarantee gives you the same 14 days anyway — as a promise, not a loophole.
After 14 days
Missed the window? Write to us anyway and explain. We're human, and we'd rather be fair than technically correct.
One honest note
€2 of every Profile goes back to dogs. Refunded purchases don't count toward that — the donation follows the money, and refunded money went back to you.
